Full Design Service

Custom designs from concept to completion. This is a tailored service model, with our studio managing each detail of the design process as well as ordering, tracking and final installation. This is an investment in your home and lifestyle for a flat fee.

01. DISCOVERY

Understand your project goals, what you need, things you love, your budget and timeline.

02. DESIGN

Capturing everything heard in our Discovery meeting we will create floor plans, sketches, a mood board, finish palette, elevations and any other reference materials for the Owner’s approval.

03. DESIGN PRODUCTION

Develop refined design drawings incorporating lighting and furniture that illustrate the approved design direction. Coordination with consultants, vendors and furniture procurement.

04. DELIVERY

We verify that every aspect of your project is perfect. We love to deliver your space styled and photographed.

Consultation & Design Service

For clients seeking a clear design plan they can execute themselves. This is intended for clients that need a vision for how to layout a specific room and source furniture and décor tailored to their space.  This is not intended for construction-related projects.

01. SIGN UP & MEASURE

Pick your room(s) and schedule your kick off with our studio.

Send us your photos with dimensions of your space, and any items you intend to keep.

02. MEET WITH OUR STUDIO VIRTUALLY

30 minute virtual call to walk us through your space, your aesthetic goals, functional pain-points, and budget for the space.

03. SEE YOUR SPACE, REIMAGENED

At your next session, we'll present a Mood Board with recommended furniture and decor displayed in your space.

An accompanying Floor Plan shows layout and recommended sizes for each piece.

04. GET THE LOOK

After incorporating your feedback, we'll send your final Mood Board, Floor Plan, and Shopping List.

Use the list to shop at your own pace or as inspiration to shop the look with your own twist.

Still have questions, here are a few we are always asked…

  • We suggest beginning by visualizing your dream home. We love to see your inspiration photos, mood boards, and architectural plans. We will also want to know the details of your budget and timeline (even if these are estimates for now). Once you have this information, start the process by submitting an inquiry.

  • Full design services applies to your entire home or space. Our consultation design service is specifically for one space that you may need help creating a design solution or getting design advice.   • While we consider our personal aesthetics to be comfortable, modern and timeless, our end goal in any project is to ensure that the space feels like the clients’ own style. Every project of ours feels unique to that client and that space; we don’t feel constrained to work within a specific “look” or genre of design. We like to think that our design is really a specific lens on our clients’ own unique perspective.

  • Our studio works on projects around the world. We are comfortable working remotely if accommodations can be made for periodic site visits.

  • This depends on the size and type of project you have. Every project has their own schedule. Send us a detailed description of what you want to do will along with your desired timeline and we can help put together a project schedule.
